If you wish to remain in the room beyond the specified check-out time you will be charged 30% of the room rate.

* Reservations and cancellations:

In order to make a booking, 30% of the total amount should be sent as a deposit, the middle and low season.

During the high season deposit rate is 50%.

Cancellations made for any reasons will result in the following cancellation charges, depending on the period:

Low-Mid Season

If canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled or modified later, 50% will be charged.

In case of no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

High Season

If canceled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled or modified later, will be charged with 50% of all nights.

In case of no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
